Wanner International achieved an average annual organic growth rate of over 14 percent over the last five years. This was driven by the realisable value the Hydra-Cell® pump technology creates for its customers, says the company.

For more than 40 years, Wanner has been designing, manufacturing and supplying its range of Hydra-Cell® seal-less diaphragm pumps.

Hydra-Cell pumps are highly efficient, heavy-duty pumps for liquid transfer, pressure injection, metering and dosing and spraying of a wide range of liquids, including chemicals, solvents, acids, hydrocarbons and natural gas liquids. They can also reliably handle alkalis, polymers, aqueous ammonia, resins, slurries, wet-able powders, shear sensitive liquids, recycled or dirty liquids and even abrasive and viscous liquids. With much lower cost of operation and maintenance than other pump technologies.

Paul Davis, Managing Director of Wanner International said: “The rate of sales growth reflects just how hard the team has worked to promote and support the advantages Hydra-Cell technology delivers to customers in our key markets.  As we look ahead, there are still big growth opportunities and market potential that we are continuing to pursue with many new projects gathering momentum. Key also to success is the team’s dedication to customer service coupled with the flexibility of design which enables world-class lead-times for pumps.

“The team at Wanner has a wealth of expertise and knowledge of pump processes and technology to provide exemplary customer service and technical support from selecting the right process pump for quotation and proposal, to manufacturing and order processing.

Paul said: “We work with a diverse range of customers in industries that range from oil and gas to car wash, the variety of applications for our Hydra-Cell pumps consistently challenge the reliability and total cost of ownership of many other competing pump technologies. Our reliable network of Hydra-Cell specialists across Europe, India, Middle East. Russia, The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Africa means that we can offer extensive local service and support to our customers globally.”

Wanner International looks set for another strong year of sales, after launching the Hydra-Cell heavy duty, high pressure pump range in February. The Hydra-Cell T series range, which can handle pressures up to 5000 psi (345 bar) and flow rates up to 359 l/min (95 gpm) 3258 bpd, carries the trademark USP of Wanner’s pumps; a seal-less design with up to five diaphragms in a single pump head, provide a virtually pulse-less flow of liquid.

Boasting up to 90 percent energy efficiency and seal-less technology to ensure 100 percent containment of the process liquid, Wanner’s pumps have been designed to help companies with their health and safety, environmental and energy-saving challenges that industries face.

Paul commented: “With a continued program of technology development and a focus on expanding customer accreditations, we’re on track for another promising year of growth and helping more customers improve their processes and reduce their energy usage.”
