Wanner International, a Wanner Engineering company that manufactures Hydra-Cell® seal-less diaphragm pumps, revealed strong sales in its half year report, driven by an expansion of the product range, in the face of the harsh market realities. There was an increase of 60% for its Hydra-Cell metering solutions range, in particular the MT08 metering pump.
Having designed and manufactured pumps for more than 40 years, Wanner has customers in major industries around the world, including medtech, oil and gas, petrochemical, wastewater treatment, pharma and food and drink, including wineries.
The past year has seen an increase in demand for a number of pumps generated by the real value the Hydra-Cell Metering and Dosing technology provides the end user: its virtual pulse-less flow eliminates the need for pulsation dampeners and delivers very accurate flow.
The Hydra-Cell MT08 is a metering and dosing pump for low flow rates at high pressures. It features a triplex diaphragm design in one end for a virtually pulse-free, linear flow and it has a higher efficiency, superior valves for handling abrasives, liquids with suspended solids and viscous liquids. The pump also has lower acquisition and maintenance costs compared to traditional metering pumps.
