VTTI IPO

VTTI Energy Partners LP launched its initial public offering on 23 July. The 17.5 million common units represent limited partner interests in VTTI pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

 

VTTI will also grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,625,000 common units at the initial public offering price. VTTI will list its common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ‘VTTI’.

 

VTTI Energy Partners LP is a limited partnership formed in April 2014 by Netherlands-based VTTI BV.
