Vopak is to expand its wholly-owned gas terminal in Vlissingen, the Netherlands, to accommodate 9,200 cbm of total capacity. The capacity will be built for LPG and chemical gases to serve the Northwest European market.
The additional storage capacity is expected to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2020. The previous expansion of Vopak in Vlissingen was in 2015, at that time six new gas bullets were placed, the new expansion will include two bullets.
