Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the storageterminalsmag.com website (the "Site”) operated by Storage Terminals Magazine (“STM”) t/a Industry Vision Media Group ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • registering for conferences, events and training courses
  • purchasing subscriptions from STM
  • subscribing to STM newsblasts
  • requesting information from STM
  • news, events, videos displayed on the STM website.

Information on the Site
The information held on the site is for general information purposes only. Whilst STM and its contributors have applied reasonable care in the selection of content housed on the site, no representations or warrantees, express or implied, are made by STM concerning the applicability, suitability, accuracy or completeness of the information contained on the site. STM accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the use of the information held on the site. The materials and information are supplied to you on the condition that you, or any other person using them, will make their own determination as to their suitability and appropriateness for any proposed purpose prior to their use.  STM nor any of the contributors shall be liable in any way for any liability loss, cost or damage incurred as a result of the use of the information contained on the site. In applying reasonable care in the selection of content housed herein, STM reserves the right to remove or reject content that is deemed to be inconsistent with STM’s stated strategic aims, core values and commitments. No representations or warranties, either express or implied, of merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or any other nature whatsoever are made with respect to the materials, products and information contained on or available through the site. Where the site provide you with a facility for subscribing to or purchasing any product or service provided by STM or its affiliates, additional terms and conditions of contract may apply; you should read the appropriate order or registration form carefully.

Rights you are giving us to use material you upload
When you provide content to our Site, unless you explicitly advise us otherwise, you grant us the following rights to use that content. You grant to STM a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform any user-generated content uploaded to our site. There shall be no restriction on STM’s right to use any such content for its own commercial purposes.

Viruses
We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site are stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

All such rights are reserved.

Copies of documents contained on the site may only be made available for information purposes and solely for the private use of the site’ users. Any use or reproduction of such documents for any other purpose whatsoever is expressly forbidden without the written permission of STM. No licence or right, other than the right to view on the site, is granted to any person in respect of any intellectual property rights. Visitors accessing restricted files (i.e. documents available as part of a subscription or purchased from the site) must also agree to the Licence Agreement (see ‘Purchasing STM publications’ below) for such content.
The corporate name, logos and devices of STM mentioned or depicted on the site are the property of STM and may not be used without the prior written agreement of STM. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance ("Billing Cycle").

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Industry Vision Media Group Limited with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise Industry Vision Media Group Limited to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Industry Vision Media Group Limited will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

To renew your subscription, please contact subscriptions@storageterminalsmag.com. By subscribing, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and for us to contact you.

Free Trial
Industry Vision Media Group Limited may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

To Subscribe after the trial, please see above information under Subscribe.

Industry Vision Media Group Limited do not take payment information on a free trial and will contact you to see if you would like to Subscribe. By starting the free trial, you are accepting the terms under the Privacy Policy.
At any time and without notice, Industry Vision Media Group Limited reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

Fee Changes
Industry Vision Media Group Limited, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Industry Vision Media Group Limited will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Industry Vision Media Group Limited on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Industry Vision Media Group Limited.

Links To Other Web site
Our Service may contain links to third-party web site or services that are not owned or controlled by Industry Vision Media Group Limited.

Industry Vision Media Group Limited has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web site or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Industry Vision Media Group shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web site or services.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.

The whole team from Storage Terminals Magazine (individual team members) test and click each individual web banner advertisement on www.storageterminalsmag.com everyday to ensure web banners link to the correct website/pages, in addition clicks are done daily to ensure there are no broken links, and/or to avoid links not directing to the correct website/ page specified by client. Due diligence on the website is taken seriously to ensure clients receive the best results for their banner adverts.
