Tecam said: “We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded another environmental technology project for eliminating Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). On this occasion, the project is for a leading metal production company in Russia.”

The Russian company is one of the main metal producers worldwide. It produces metals with very low carbon content and is one of the first metal companies to manufacture ecological products.

The project has been awarded by a German EPC company. Under the terms of the agreement, Tecam will provide the Russian metal company with the engineering, procurement, installation and maintenance service of a Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) system and two Thermal Oxidisers (TO) for the elimination of exhaust gases, as the most optimal solution after analysing the technical requirements of the client and their needs.

Thanks to the execution of this turnkey project, the Russian company will eliminate 99.9 percent of its polluting emissions through a gas treatment system.

Bernat Sala, Tecam CEO, said: “Environmental technology is profitable for companies and allows them to adapt to the strictest environmental legislation. We believe that 2021 will be an excellent year in the environmental sector.”
