It has been reported that Russian investment group A-Property has hired TechnipFMC to assist with a new LNG plant. It is thought the plant is being set up to facilitate exports from Russia to Asia.

It has been estimated that the project will cost approximately US$10 billion and will have a maximum production capacity of 13 million tpy. 

An A-Property spokeswoman told Reuters that the facility and accompanying infrastructure will be located in the northern republic of Yakutia. 

Forecasted for completion by the end of 2020, the design phase is to be undertaken by TechnipFMC. The entire project is scheduled to be finished by 2025.
