The Everi terminal is a vegetable oil export terminal with a static storage capacity of 160,000 tonnes in 40 tanks, and a loading capacity of up to 1.5 million tpa of vegetable oil for export. It was built in 2010 and expanded in 2018.

Now, agricultural commodities trader Glencore Agricultural Limited has finalised its acquisition of the Everi port terminal in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, from the Orexim Group.
