Abundant natural gas reserves in Russia and a few CIS countries offer ample opportunities for the development of chemical and gas chemical industries, the launch of new facilities focused on import substitution and exports, and localisation and product range diversification.

Russia and CIS intend to fully or partially accomplish more than 30 investment projects for the development of high-margin production from natural gas by 2025. Total investment in these projects is estimated at over $40bn.

In order to highlight these investment opportunities, Russia-based Vostick Capital is holding a free webinar on March 14 at 12:00 GMT dedicated to nitrogen and syngas investment projects in Russia and CIS as well as looking at the most essential innovative technologies and solutions for the industry.

Speakers include: Vitaly Khotsenko, Minister of Energy, Industry and Communications of the Stavropol Territory, who will speak about execution of large-scale investment projects on the premises of Stavrolen and Nevinnomyssky Azot.
