Dominion has acquired the Spanish company Dimoin, “an expert in the design and construction of tanks and other industrial facilities”.
Dominion said: “This operation meets our objective of adding new industrial capabilities to our offering that, combined with our strategic knowledge of technology, allow us to be the ‘one stop shop’ platform for our clients.”
It added that Madrid-based Dimoin has gained the trust of large clients around the world “who can now also benefit from Dominion’s extensive experience in the industrial sector and from our presence in more than 35 countries with more than 9,500 employees”.
The Dominion value proposition is based on its “exhaustive knowledge of industrial processes” and the application and strategic knowledge of technology, which it said allows it to maximise efficiency and drive the digital transformation of the sector.
