Dialog Pengerang to build industrial estate

01.04.16. Dialog Group Bhd subsidiary Dialog Pengerang Sdn Bhd has incorporated its own wholly-owned subsidiary to develop an industrial estate on land within the deepwater terminal at Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia.
Sungai Rengit Industrial Estate Sdn Bhd has an authorised share capital of RM400,000 (US$103,000).
The RM5 billion Pengerang Independent Deepwater Petroleum Terminal is a joint venture between Dialog Group and Vopak.
The terminal’s second construction phase, which started in December 2014, will also include LNG regasification facilities developed together with Petronas Gas Bhd and the Johor government.
