On December 5, 2019 Energy Transfer acquired a 51 percent interest in SemCAMS Midstream ULC. As part of ongoing integration efforts, effective December 1, 2020 SemCAMS Midstream ULC changed its name to Energy Transfer Canada ULC.
Its subsidiaries changed their names from SemCAMS Pipelines ULC and SemCAMS Pipelines Limited Partnership to Energy Transfer Canada Pipelines ULC and Energy Transfer Canada Pipelines Limited Partnership, respectively.
