Flare Industries and Jordan Technologies parent Aereon has opened a 13,000 sq ft operations facility in Melbourne, Australia. The company, which operates in 45 countries, is expanding to deliver products that meet Australian code requirements.
The Australian facility creates flares, thermal oxidisers and gas compression units for the upstream market, as well as vapour recovery units for the upstream and downstream oil & gas industries. Service, project and sales are available, and local fabrication and stocking will “improve the customer experience”, the company says.
Aereon’s Melbourne facility will also be linked to the company’s USA Centers of Excellence for combustion and vapour recovery in Austin, TX, and Louisville, KY, which serve as the international hub to provide project knowledge and leadership. The Australian team will localise products while maintaining consistency and quality.
