In order to tackle the challenges in innovation and operational excellence that Spanish group TEPSA laid out as a medium-term objective, the company has adopted a new organisational structure which has been in place since 1 January.
In the new structure, Josep Forés becomes the technology & innovation manager, overseeing the engineering, purchasing and IT departments, with the aim of boosting technological development within the terminals.
Meanwhile, Leandro Crespo assumes the position of corporate operations manager, with the objective of building on the quality of customer service.
Forés is an industrial engineer who has worked at TEPSA for 25 years, holding various positions within the company, most recently as technical manager.
Crespo joined TEPSA in 2007, having previously held the positions of communications director and international business strategy director.
